Certain Pro Tennis Connect services may require users to create an account to access assessments, learning modules, educational content or other digital products. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for all activity that occurs under their account. Pro Tennis Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, unauthorised sharing or breaches of these Terms & Conditions occur.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LEARNING MODULES

From time to time, Pro Tennis Connect may provide access to digital products, online learning modules, assessments, educational resources and downloadable materials. Access rights are granted solely to the registered purchaser or participant and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed or resold without written permission. Pro Tennis Connect reserves the right to update, modify or improve digital content and learning materials at any time.

ASSESSMENT RESULTS

Assessment results, player profiles, movement reports and educational recommendations are provided for informational and athlete development purposes only. Results are intended to support coaching, learning and performance development and should not be interpreted as medical, physiotherapy, diagnostic or healthcare advice. Assessment outcomes may vary depending on information provided by the participant and should be considered as one component of an athlete's overall development journey.

ONLINE COACHING SERVICES & REMOTE SERVICES

Where coaching services are delivered online, participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, devices and technology required to participate. Pro Tennis Connect will not be responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues outside of its reasonable control. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule sessions affected by significant technical disruptions where appropriate.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT

From time to time, Pro Tennis Connect may capture photographs, video or other media during coaching sessions, programs or events for promotional, educational or marketing purposes. Where participants are under 18 years of age, consent may be sought from a parent or guardian. Participants may request that their image not be used by contacting Pro Tennis Connect directly.
